When can I collect mail from my Mail Forwarding Address?

Mail forwarding services - Is a mail forward service worth it?

If you have a mail forwarding address with us we can handle your mail in a number of different ways; posted straight onto you, held at our offices for you to collect, scanned and then posted, or scanned and then held for collection. If you choose to collect, you’re probably interested in when you can and can’t pick mail up from us. Let’s take a look.

Mail can be collected during our opening hours:

Monday: 9 – 17:30
Tuesday: 9 – 17:30
Wednesday: 9 – 17:30
Thursday: 9 – 17:30
Friday: 9 – 16:30

Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

When collecting mail please remember to bring ID and a print out of your collection email (we’ll email whenever you have mail to collect).
