Frequently asked questions

What are the work hub’s opening hours?

The work hub is open Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) between 9am and 5.30pm.

Can I have my mail delivered to the office?

If you would like to use our address as your business mailing address, we offer various mail forwarding services from £14.99 per month. You can see more information about these services on Virtual Office MadeSimple.

Can I leave my personal belongings in the office?

Yes of course, lockers can be hired for £10 a month. You can add this extra when signing up, or simply ask a member of the team who can arrange it for you.

How do I pay for membership?

When you sign up to our coworking system you will be asked to provide your payment card details. Your membership will then renew automatically at the start of each month. Alternatively, we can send you a monthly invoice. You can manage payment methods from your account, or please speak to a member of the team who will be happy to help.

Is the work hub open on weekends?

Unfortunately not, the work hub is open Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) between 9am and 5.30pm.

Can I use the work hub for half a day?

Monthly access is measured in 8.5-hour day units (9am-5.30pm). You can check in or out of the hub at any point during these opening hours, however one ‘check in’ will use one day of your allowance. It is not possible to split monthly access into half day units.

How can I book a meeting room?

To book one of our meeting rooms, please email the team at theteam@workhubmadesimple.com with the date/s and time you would like to book and a member of the team will be able to check availability and arrange the booking for you.

Is it possible to book a meeting room without being a member?

Of course, you can hire one of our meeting rooms for £25/hour without having to purchase one of our day pass, flex or growth memberships. We also offer a competitive rate for full-day meeting room hire. Simply get in touch with the team to check availability and they can arrange the booking for you.

How many people can I bring with me?

If you have hired one of the meeting rooms for an hour or more, feel free to bring up to 7 people with you. Please note, for fire and safety reasons we may ask for ID.

If you are using the work hub space and would like to bring a colleague or client with you, guest day passes can be purchased for £29 each. You can add these to your membership at any time from your account, or simply ask a member of the team who can help you. Every guest will need to provide a form of ID.

Can I have client meetings in the work hub?

You’re welcome to use the work hub space for your business needs, including client meetings. Please note you will need to purchase a guest day pass for each client, and please be mindful of other members around you who are also using the work hub.

What happens if I check in one day and there aren’t enough seats?

The work hub has plenty of seating options to accommodate up to 40 people. In the event that all the desk space and chairs are in use, we can provide further seating and a break out space for you upstairs, in our main office.

Can I carry over unused passes to the following month?

Unfortunately not, unused day pass credits cannot be carried over.
