Notes

1. Out of office voicemail - fully programmable and customisable real time changes.
2. All calls will be answered in the companies own name.
3. You will obtain a unique telephone number for your business.
4. Calls will be answered between 08:30 am and 5:30 pm.
5. Excess calls will be charged at the following rates: Call Answering Only 75p, 10 Calls per month 75p, 20 Calls per month 75p, 40 Calls per month 65p, 100 Calls per month 50p, 200 Calls per month 45p, 500 Calls per month 40p & 500+ Calls per month 40p per call respectively.
6. Monthly payments may be cancelled at any time. The above amounts do not include the amount of the £20 postage deposit from which postal charges will be deducted. These are currently set at standard Royal mail charges plus a 10p per item handling fee.(Handling fee for parcels charged at £10 per item)
7. A £50.00 refundable deposit where applicable will be included in order to cover telephone charges.
