Notes

1. All calls will be answered in the companies own name.
2. You will obtain a unique telephone number for your business.
3. Calls will be answered between 09:00 am and 5:30 pm.
4. Excess messages will be charged at £1.20 per message.
5. Monthly payments may be cancelled at any time. The above amounts do not include the £20 postage deposit from which postal charges will be deducted. These are currently set at standard Royal Mail charges plus a 10p per item handling fee (Handling fee for parcels charged at £10 per item).
6. A £50.00 refundable deposit will be included where applicable in order to cover telephone charges.
7. Setup of service usually takes 24 to 72 hours.
