How much credit do I have left on my Postage Deposit?

How do I check how much postage deposit is left on my mail forwarding service?

If you have a mail forwarding service with us, we’ll knock the mail handling fee and the cost of postage off of your postage deposit. When this deposit starts to run low, we’ll send you an email requesting that you make a top-up payment.

If you want to check how much credit you have left on your deposit, simply:

1. Sign In
2. Select My Deposits and My Deposits again
3. The amount of postage deposit left will be displayed under Credits Left
4. If you want to top this up, select View under Actions and proceed to make payment Continue reading

Changing your delivery option

If you have:

• any of our Virtual Office Packages
• our Mailbox Plus Mail Forwarding Service
• our Mailbox Pro Mail Forwarding Service

You also have a Flexible Post Service. This means that you can switch between the different mail forwarding options that we offer; scan, post and collect.

Here’s how to notify us if and when you want to switch:

1. SIGN IN to your London Presence account
2. Select My Services (and My Services) again
3. Click on your LP number
4. Scroll to Preferences and select Change
5. Tick the relevant radio button under Mail Forwarding Options and complete the required information
6. Select Save – we’ll then be notified

How do I change my address?

Changing the address where we send your mail is simple. All you need to do is:

1. Sign In
2. Click My Services (and My Services again) and then on you LP number
3. Scroll to Preferences and select Change
4. Enter the new address
5. Select SAVE

How can I top up my postage deposit?

If you have a mail forwarding or virtual office service with us, from time to time you’ll need to top up your postage deposit (we deduct the 10p handling fee and the price of postage from this). Well here’s how to do this:
