Your Phone Messages: Emailed, sent via SMS and stored in your account

We don’t send your messages this way

If you sign up for one of the following phone services; Office Answer, Answer 24/7 or Answer & Patch, we will forward on any phone messages we take for you.

These messages are sent to you:

• Via email, or
• Via SMS

It’s totally up to you.

And just in case you accidentally delete the email or text message (like we all do from time to time), the message is also stored in your dashboard. To locate your messages:

Sign in > Select “My Messages” > Select “My Phone Messages”

You can then view a log that details all the messages we’ve taken for you.
