Paying your monthly fee could not be simpler with these easy to use methods:
If you have a Paypal account you can set up an automatic monthly payment. This can be set up to pay us from your Paypal balance, direct from your bank account or through any debit or credit card, including American Express.
Paypal will issue you with a Profile ID for this series of payments.
Changes to this payment method can be made quickly by logging in to your account and amending your Profile ID.
Paypal payments can be set up at the time of purchase or at a later date here.
Setting up a WorldPay payment is effortless. Simply select the amount you want to pay, check the frequency of your payment and off you go. Worldpay accepts Mastercard, Visa and Maestro cards.
Worldpay will issue you a FuturePay agreement ID and, at the time of payment, will request that you set up an account. Any changes you wish to make can be done from within this account.
Worldpay payments cannot be set up at the time of ordering your service but can be set up later here.
Direct Debit is available to all customers with a UK or EU bank account. If this payment method suits you best, simply email us and we will issue you with a GoCardless form to complete. Your direct debit will then be set up.
The Direct Debit details cannot be changed so if you need to amend the bank details, you will need to cancel and set up a new Direct Debit.
If during the sign up process, you select the Credit/Debit card option, your payments will be debited via Sagepay.
Changes to your card details (adding a new card, removing a card) can be made from within your account.
If you cancel this method of payment, you will not be able to set up again using Sagepay and will need to use one of our other options.
Don’t forget, our support team are on hand to help you with any questions you may have about setting up your automatic payments.
