Mail Forwarding: Can I choose to have certain items of mail collected and others posted?

Some of our Mail Forwarding Services and all of our Virtual Office Packages allow you to switch between how your mail is handled; posted, scanned or collected. This flexibility is available with the following:

Mail Forwarding Services

  • Mailbox Plus
  • Mailbox Pro

Virtual Office Packages

  • Basic
  • Plus
  • Pro
  • Premium

To change how your mail is handled, simply log in to your account once your service has been set up and select the relevant option. Whilst we do allow you to switch between how your mail is handled, to ensure mail is processed as quickly as possible, you can not choose to have one piece of item handled one way and another a different way – all mail must be processed the same way.
